Well, Angelica certainly isn't "ugly" in my opinion. She's not "classically beautiful" but certainly very attractive and as PW has pointed out, she has a charming personality. Her willingness to openly discuss her private life, which evidently is far more adventurous than her professional performances, makes her an interesting and stimulating person to talk with.
As far as why she is willing to do so much privately, but not for public consumption, I think PW hit the "bullseye" when he alluded to the large number of American porn actresses that "hold back" anal or DP (or in the case of many "soft" models, boy/girl) is more to do with marketing than any real objection.
